Have you been to a Make-A-Wish yet? If you haven't, it is the most fun 24 hours here on SHAPE, as the entire international community run, walk and crawl their way around the running track to raise money for this fantastic charity.
This year it is scheduled to run from 16:00 on Friday 5th June until 16:00 on Saturday 6th June.
Each nation battles it out to achieve the most laps run in the 24 hour period, but if you are not a runner fear not, there is a non-competitive Brit team as well, so you can join in by walking the track whilst chatting to a friend, cheering your nation on or just chilling out to the choons.
