BELGIUM: Inspire to Lead Mindfulness and Mental Health Taster Session for Adults, Monday 11th May 2026 18:00-20:00

We all have Mental Health but having good Mental Health is even better. Maintaining your Mental Health, just like our Physical Health, is absolutely essential for our overall Wellbeing. This session is a perfect introduction to keeping your Mental Health on the right track.


This will be a relaxed session showing some simple mindfulness exercises and daily tools that can help to improve and boost mental wellbeing. And it's all for FREE.
