BELGIUM: Boardwalk walks in the Flemish Brabant

Fancy a walk with a difference? These boardwalk walks are perfect in any season and take in some fantastic scenery. Ranging from 3.5 to 11.5km these hikes there is so much to discover; 300-year old oak trees, to adventure parks, churches and plenty of birdlife.

Be sure to wear your hiking boots or sturdy footwear as the boardwalks can still get a bit squishy in the damper months.

Any vehicle that is used in a public place needs to adhere to the relevant laws and regulations (Brunei and BFB Standing Orders).

To be road legal it must have valid insurance, registration (blue book) and road licence (vehicle tax).

Please be advised that any vehicle without the above documentation including electric scooters / electric bikes / All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV’s) are not road legal and are not to be used in public places.

You can only legally use these vehicles on private land, with the landowner’s consent.

Use of such vehicles in public may lead to seizure and prosecution/disciplinary action.

BRUNEI: Respite Provision (RP) Information

RESPITE PROVISION (RP)

1. Aim. The aim of Respite Provision (RP) is to contribute towards travel and accommodation costs of Service personnel and their accompanying immediate family permanently assigned to an overseas station in order to achieve overnight respite from their duty station. RP is awarded annually, irrespective of a FAD falling short of the entitlement anniversary.
