BELGIUM: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course, starting Tuesday 14 April 19:00

The lovely Ann McKenzie is delivering another of her incredible Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Courses; this combines mindfulness practices, meditation, and gentle movement to help individuals reduce stress & anxiety, improve attention & focus, build emotional resilience, cultivate a greater sense of balance & calm and enhance overall mental & physical wellbeing.

This is an accredited and evidence-based programme designed to provide participants with practical tools to navigate the challenges of daily life. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, manage anxiety, improve focus, or simply enhance your overall sense of wellbeing, this course offers a supportive and structured environment to help you achieve these goals.

WHEN: Every Tuesday for 8 weeks, starting Tuesday 14 April at 7pm
WHERE: The comfort of your own home, via Teams
