OR-7 Staff Sergeant Aimerod "Rod" Antoine is conducting a research study as part of his MSc Dissertation in Leadership and Management. He needs input from both military and civilian personnel from different NATO Nations.
The study examines the leadership and management challenges experienced by supervisors and subordinates working with leaders from different NATO nations in multinational NATO environments within the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.
The research study aims to better understand how cultural, national, communication, and coordination differences influence leadership practices, decision-making, and team effectiveness.
