The reduced operating hours of the Garrison Swimming Pool during Christmas leave are as shown below:
GQMS DEPARTMENT
The GQMS Department located in Medicina Lines will be closed from 29 to 31 December 2025 for Christmas leave and will resume operation on Friday 2 January 2026.
LPPO AND BUDGET’S OFFICE
The LPPO and Budget’s Office will be closed for the period from 25 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.
Immigration process will not be available during the closure.
Any claims through the Budget Office can be submitted once the office reopens.
The last Immigration process will be on Wednesday 24 December 2025. It is advised that any Special Pass or urgent passport submissions (especially for OGS cancellations between 25 December 2025 and 4 January 2026) must be submitted to the LPPO on Wednesday 24 December 2025 no later than 09:00hrs.
For urgent OGS applications (e.g. compassionate reasons), Duty MPAs should contact the LPPO Duty phone at +673 8238338 and a member of the LPPO staff will assist.
Normal operating hours will resume on Monday 5 January 2026.
PCMF & DENTAL CENTRE
During Christmas leave from 22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, PCMF will be offering appointments from 08:00hrs to 12:30hrs. You may contact the Duty Nurse on +673 8330246 after 12:30hrs for urgent matters.
PCMF will be closed from 25 to 26 December 2025 and 1 January 2026.
Normal operating hours will resume on Monday 5 January 2026.
Dental Centre will be closed from 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 and will resume normal operations on Tuesday 6 January 2026.
