The Military Veterans Affairs Project Manager at JPM Chase is delighted to announce that JPMorgan will be running the ACCESS Programme for military spouses & partners in 2026. Now entering its third year, the programme has delivered outstanding results, including the successful hiring of three spouses from our inaugural 2024 cohort. These individuals are now thriving in full-time roles across our Legal, Corporate, and Compliance divisions.
The ACCESS Programme is designed to empower military spouses and partners by offering Advice, Choice, Connections, Education and Training, Self-Belief, and Skills. Through collaboration with key partners, ACCESS provides a platform for valuable insights, resources, and strategies to help participants overcome unique challenges and achieve career success in their chosen fields. The programme also addresses broader community challenges through informal, interactive sessions featuring speakers who have shared similar experiences.
Participants who complete the full programme will have the opportunity to apply for our Transitions Programme, alongside veterans. Further details will be shared during the course.
