‘Copains’ a French luxury bakery is opening four all-gluten-free stores in Brussels over the next few months, starting in mid-October 2025.
The first store to open will be at the Marche aux Herbes in the îlot Sacre district of the city. A second store is planned for Rue Jean Stasby by Avenue Louise and a third store, which is going to be a bread-making workshop, is set to open on Chaussée de Charleroi. The final bakery is due to open in December/early-2026 in Place du Châtelain in Ixelles and will be a flagship store.
