There are plenty of ways you can use your Railcard, for both long and short trips. Better still you can use it anytime on weekends, Public Holidays and during the week. The only restriction is that if you travel before 10am Monday to Friday (except during July and August) a minimum fare will apply.

To apply for your Railcard please see your Unit HR admin staff. The cost of the Railcard is deducted from your pay.

SHAPE: Who You Gonna Call?

Do you know who to call in an Emergency on SHAPE?

Natural instinct, especially if you are coming from the UK or a non-military environment, might be to call the international emergency services number (112). Whilst this is perfect if you are out and about in Belgium, should you need ANY of the emergency services whilst on SHAPE, you should always call the International Military Police on 3333. They will call the Ambulance and escort them onto camp, meanwhile dispatching a first responder to your aide.

‼️ Remember, if on camp it’s 3333 for any fire, medical, accident or police emergency ‼️

BRUNEI: SFA Fault Repair Reporting

SFA Fault Repair Reporting

In order to ensure our Service Family Accommodation (SFA) remain sustainable and operational, could all occupants report faults for repair in a timely manner and as soon as there is a fault. Do not accumulate faults and do not wait to report them all at the same time as it results in the SFA going out of occupation for a long period.
