NAPLES : Monopoli - The pearl of Puglia

Monopoli is one of those Puglian towns that instantly feels like a deep breath out—a place where newcomers, families, and seasoned Italy‑explorers all find their rhythm. Its old town is a maze of whitewashed alleys that open onto sunlit piazzas, tiny artisan shops, and the gentle hum of everyday southern life. The seafront is the real showstopper: a string of small coves and sandy beaches perfect for little swimmers, sunset picnics, or a slow morning with a cappuccino in hand. Families love how walkable everything is, and the town’s relaxed vibe makes it easy to settle in, whether you’re here for a weekend or stationed in Naples and exploring Puglia bit by bit. With nearby gems like Alberobello and the Castellana Caves, plus plenty of kid‑friendly eateries serving fresh seafood and local specialties, Monopoli is a must‑add to any family’s Puglia itinerary.

SHAPE: Please check your letterboxes regularly and read on...

Please check your letter box, a few letters have been sent recently.

• The local tax (waste collection) from Mons and Jurbise communes have been sent and Soignies will appear soon; DIO will pay on your behalf.
• Compulsory Education Check letter from Federation Wallonie-Bruxelles
• “Amende administrative – excercice d’imposition 2025” €50.00 fine for the income tax letter not been completed.

Please react quickly and email Nadia, our lovely HNLO, the letters to avoid reminder letters, fines and bailiffs knocking at your door.

It is good practice to get into the habit of checking your home mailbox regularly; its the one time you can pass the bills onto someone else!

Thank you for your support!
