BELGIUM: Technology Top Tips with the HISO - How to Prioritise your Facebook Group Posts.

We have recently had feedback that posts are being missed in the Official British Facebook Group or Notifications of new posts are not being received with people only being alerted to a new post when someone comments on it. 

Facebook often change their algorithms which affects what notifications you receive. But this can be easily remedied with three little steps:

• Click on the 3 dots
• Select Manage Notifications
• Then select ALL in the ‘In App Notification’ Section and ON in the ‘Batch Mentions’ Section 

Annnnd you’re all set!

Do keep an eye on this if you notice you are missing posts in future as it is not a once and done solution unfortunately. Facebook does like to keep us on our toes!
